i'm doing so bad. i didn't even get on the scale cuz i'm so scared. tomorrow i have to go into the school to pick up texts and stuff - so i hope to God i can do better today. but no! i screwed up already. i've eaten chocolate chip cookie dough! brilliant eh?
so....my plan to fix it
intake
B - blueberries, sugar free lemon jello, skim milk, splenda, ice cream (200), cookie dough (300) - total: 600 probably
L - 1 peach, diet pop
D - diet pop, sugar free jello, perhaps some steamed veggies w/ pepper flakes for flavor
i think i'll go for a walk today to burn off some of the shit i ate this morning. | | |

EVEN BETTER NEWS - I LOST 2 LBS! Fuck yes!
so i'm now down to 136! Only one lb to my first goal weight! Today I'm going to my friend's house and then to the mall - and they eat so MUCH! so i dunno what i'm gonna do .........any suggestions would be much appreciated! I dunno even what to eat when I go out because most of even the vegetables or healthy stuff is loaded with salt which makes me retain water - which is no good! so yeah help me out with some tips!
I'm gonna go work out asap because I don't have much time before I have to go to her house.
Intake:
B - 1/4 cup of skim milk, 1/2 cup of blueberries, splenda, 10 smarties(20), 3 raisins (5)
total for breakfast: 90 (yikes)
L - diet Dr. Pepper, smarties, raisins, a small slice of a peach, 2 cookies(110) - MOTHER of GOD
total for lunch: 200 to be safe
D - dunno yet - hopefully something like a diet coke or picking at their food. NO JUNK THO!
Exercise - eliptical: 331 cals, bike: 72 cals, walking around the mall: ???
